A dear friend assembled a group of us for dinner the other night. Most of the gals in this group are going through the same stages I am – the empty nest, post menopausal, midlife crisis, omg-now-what? syndrome. Most are traveling through it with much more grace than I am, but setting that aside, they have been very supportive of my nutty adventure.
Since these women fall into my targeted age group, I seized the opportunity to conduct a rudimentary focus group to test one of my theories. I dropped on them some newly acquired knowledge about QR codes. Honey, they whipped out their smart phones, went to their apps, and quickly grasped the concept I was explaining.
There you have it. Even while battling night sweats and mood swings, women our age are still hot! Give us a little wine, and we’ll sure tell you so.
